We’re inviting the community to view our updated plans for Hayle North Quay as we move forward with delivering the next phase of the project.
Join us for a drop‑in event on Saturday 24 January 2026, from 10am to 2pm at the Hayle Day Care Centre. You’ll have the chance to speak with the team, explore the latest proposals, and share your views.
Our refreshed plans stay true to the original vision for North Quay while delivering more family homes, improved spaces for local businesses and harbour users, a 100‑bedroom hotel, and a welcoming permanent beachfront restaurant and wellness area.
Looking ahead, the project aims to bring benefits across Hayle, including more than 500 new homes, new community spaces for gatherings and events, and job opportunities in construction, hospitality, retail, and the marine sector. A £225m investment will support local livelihoods and help secure the harbour’s future through the introduction of a World Heritage Levy.
