Hayle North Quay: grounded in heritage, part of a vibrant Hayle
Hayle North Quay is one of the largest long-term regeneration projects in Cornwall.
When complete, it will deliver over 500 private and affordable homes. Additionally, the development will feature new shops, restaurants, office and industrial spaces, a hotel and community facilities. The development also aims to support Hayle Harbour, a vital part of the town’s fishing and tourist economy.
The redevelopment of Hayle North Quay is a huge opportunity to contribute positively to the vibrant coastal community of Hayle. We want the wider community to feel part of the site. As the plans continue to come forward and we will be sharing regular updates on the progress at Hayle North Quay in the news section of this website.
