Hayle North Quay; pioneering development on the West Cornwall coast
Hayle North Quay is one of the largest long-term regeneration projects in Cornwall.
When complete, it will deliver 520 private and affordable homes. Additionally, the development will feature new shops, restaurants, office and industrial spaces, a hotel, community facilities and a sports hub. The development also aims to support Hayle Harbour, a vital part of the town’s fishing and tourist economy.
Our latest development Copper House (Chi Kober), set within the stunning scenery of Hayle Estuary, has reached completion. We now have 12 homes ready for occupation, each benefitting from the area’s world heritage status, proximity to a beautiful sandy beach and a vibrant working harbour.
The redevelopment of Hayle North Quay is a huge opportunity to contribute positively to the vibrant coastal community of Hayle. We want the wider community to feel part of the site. As the plans continue to come forward and we will be sharing regular updates on the progress at Hayle North Quay in the news section of this website.
