Our latest development Copper house, set within the stunning scenery of Hayle Estuary, has reached completion. We now have 12 homes ready for securing, each benefitting from the area’s world heritage statues, proximity to a beautiful sandy beach and a vibrant working harbour.
We are continuing to work with Cornwall Council and consultees on the reserved matters planning application for Hilltop (ref: PA21/04772). Reserved matters applications provide the detail for what was agreed at outline stage, and we will continue to bring forward these applications for the remaining land parcels.
