Block Y1 under construction
Contractors are on site working to complete block Y1, known as Copper House (adjacent to An Garth Apartments). 12 new homes will be delivered in this building, and it is due to be complete in December 2024.
We are continuing to work with Cornwall Council and consultees on the reserved matters planning application for Hilltop (ref: PA21/04772). Reserved matters applications provide the detail for what was agreed at outline stage, and we will continue to bring forward these
applications for the remaining land parcels. We will be consulting the local community on future reserved matters applications. Sign up to our newsletter to be kept up to date.
